The mission of Two Rivers Institute is to work collaboratively with schools in our locality to support them on their journey of continuous school improvement, whilst building long-lasting, professional relationships where we work together for the greater good of the pupils and children in our care.
As school leaders, we have learnt how valuable it is to not only be recognised for our successes, but to also be willing to receive constructive feedback from fellow professionals, on areas identified as requiring further focus and development.
Following the success of a SSIF funded project, led by Two Rivers Institute in the local school community, which focused primarily on peer to peer review, we realised the benefits to schools of positive challenge from peers and made the decision to develop this model in to what it is today – the Two Rivers Institute School Improvement Network.
