How it Works

Schools can choose to use the School Improvement Network to its full potential by opting in to our flagship package, further details of which are set out below. However, we realise that this may not be what every school wants, or even needs, and therefore, schools are free to ‘pick and mix’ whatever they require, depending on school needs and budgets. Alternatively, we can work together to create a bespoke package to suit your requirements.

Flagship School Improvement Network package:

  • Review and feedback of your school’s suite of school improvement documentation
  • A One Day Autumn Term Review – focusing on agreed areas of development in relation to ‘Governance & Leadership’ and/or ‘Educational Provision’
  • Following the Review Day, session(s) of bespoke consultation will take place, led by either our CEO, Director of Education, Primary Standards Lead or Inclusion Lead
  • Spring Term Peer Review Programme – your school will take part in a review cycle with other partner schools. Each school will host a peer review, focusing on a self identified aspect of your self evaluation/improvement plan
  • Spring Term Governance Conference
  • Summer Term Leadership Conference
  • Free places for your staff on TRI courses, conferences or webinars in 2024-2025
