In our first session, we will provide a comprehensive overview of MyConcern, the powerful software designed to streamline record-keeping and case management of child protection and wellbeing concerns. This session will equip you with the skills to:

• Access MyConcern on a pc or mobile
• Use MyConcern to report concerns
• Ensure the correct information is collected and noted for the concern
• Manage disclosures from children
• Use different parts of the system for reporting concerns for children or about adults
• Understand how the system works for the DSLs and what happens after a disclosure

This seminar is open and relevant to all staff, both teaching and support, who use MyConcern in any aspect of their job role.
