Escapeline will be delivering the second session in our Safeguarding Seminar Programme 2024-2025. This session will focus on:

• The recruitment stages used by county line gangs
• Signs that a child or young person is being exploited or is at risk of being exploited
• Issues that run along side child exploitation and county line gangs which include; sexual abuse, cuckooing, violence and knife crime and economic crime and financial exploitation
• Human trafficking and modern slavery
• The effects of child exploitation
• The trauma and trauma bonds that exploitation can cause

This seminar is open and relevant to all staff, both teaching and support who teach students in Years 5-13.
